Behavioral data

Behavioral data is evidence of what a person actually does — the words they choose, questions they ask, decisions they make — rather than what they claim about themselves. In HR contexts it is captured from observable actions in interviews, simulations, or on-the-job artifacts.

Why it matters for HR leaders

Self-report and personality inventories are easy to game and drift from real behavior. Behavioral data is harder to fake and correlates more strongly with performance, retention, and promotion outcomes.

How Leadify uses it

Every Leadify simulation produces structured behavioral data — timing, framing, escalation, recovery — that feeds capability scoring, coaching, and organization-level capability intelligence.
