Assessment center

An assessment center is a multi-exercise evaluation — role-plays, in-basket tasks, group exercises — run by trained assessors to evaluate leadership and job-relevant behavior. Historically the gold standard for high-stakes selection, they are expensive, low-frequency, and hard to scale.

Why it matters for HR leaders

Traditional assessment centers cost $2,000–$8,000 per participant and take weeks to run. Most organizations can only afford them for the top of the house, leaving mid-management unmeasured.

How Leadify uses it

Leadify delivers assessment-center-grade signal at a fraction of the cost, on-demand, with the same behavioral rigor — enabling continuous measurement instead of once-a-decade snapshots.
